I worked with psychotherapists and found that traditional questionnaires were stressful and took over 60 minutes for people in counseling.
Sometimes, the truth of people's thoughts is difficult to uncover through questionnaires. They come here to understand who they are, so how can they answer questions when they feel confused about themselves?
